How close will I wake up at last
of these nightmares that keep living my dream?
sad melodies peer through
curtains as the awakening of a new rainy day
confusing raindrops tears with
to hide those things hopelessly black
With every scream wakes up
after I tossed
awake whenever
back to sleep again plunging
an irrational fear.
